Frequently Asked QuestionsI’ve been placed on hold what does that mean?
There are a number of reasons why your application may have been put on hold.
· Your application may have been shortlisted though there are no vacancies at the moment. Once a vacancy arises you would be contacted and notified of an assessment date.
· You may have been successful at interview and awaiting further vacancies
Whatever the reason we will ensure that you are contacted regularly to inform you of any vacancies and enquire if you wish your application to remain on our files for consideration.
I’ve attended an assessment centre before do I have to do the tests again?
If you have successfully completed an assessment centre with DRS within 12 months you may not need to re-sit the assessments however this is dependent on the role you originally applied for as each assessment is designed for a specific role.
If you were not successful at a previous assessment centre you cannot re-apply to DRS for 12 months.
I was unsuccessful at interview can I have some Feedback?
We will supply feedback upon request at the end of a campaign though we will not give specific assessment scores as this information can only be accurately interpreted by qualified administrators due to the scoring criteria.
